Arktikmorneftegazrazvedka (AMNGR) was founded in 1979 by the Soviet Ministry of Gas Industry. Since then they have drilled 54 exploratory wells totaling 150,000 m, in the Barents Sea, Pechora Sea and Kara Sea, in the Ob river delta (Yamal Peninsula) and on the Kolguev Island. The company have made thirteen oil and gas field discoveries, including the unique Shtokmanovskoe, Leningradskoe and Rusanovskoe gas-condensate fields. AMNGR have put into production Russian northernmost oilfield — Peschanoozerskoe on the Kolguev Island.

The assets of AMNGR include drilling vessels «Victor Muravlenko» and «Valentine Shashyin», two Jack-up platforms «Kolskaya» and «Murmanskaya», and semi-submersible platform «Shelf-4».

Promyshlennye Investitsyi (Industrial Investments) open joint-stock company was founded in 1993. The company renders a wide range of services in the sphere of financial consultancy and finding investment resources. Promotion of Russian enterprises and their products on the foreign market, as well as finding partners for joint ventures is a new trend of activity for the company.

PI is one of the founders of the Russian Financial Union.

Chuvash Republic

PI is a co-organizer of the Chuvash Republic Investment Potential international conference, which is aimed to secure further financial development of the Republic by obtaining more investments, as well as to establish new mutually beneficial business relations and make the Republic more attractive for investments.

PI is one of the founders of the Chuvashia Charitable Fund.

North-western Russia Region

The company is investment projects adviser to the North-West Association for Economic Cooperation of the RF north-western region, which is comprised by 12 administrative divisions of the Russian Federation.
