The company owns an operations service base in Lavna (Kola Bay-Murmansk) and a supply base in Murmashi (near Murmansk). Furthermore ASNG has access to the resources (fleet and equipment) of its stockholder AMNGR.

The company is planning to construct ice resistant stationary platforms for the development of fields and production of oil. Crude oil will be transported to the transloading terminal to be located in an ice free zone by a tanker fleet. The supplying of the platforms is foreseen from Arktikshelfneftegaz base in Murmansk and crew changes either from Murmansk, via sea, or Naryan-Mar by helicopter.
